just delete this too i guess and then...do a dice thing by justifying it. just like company's You have our money now pfffft.

have had our teamspeak changed many times, our server offline for no reason, but the kicker is having our website deleted 4 times. its alot of work (wordpress,phpbb forums, pic gallery..ect....) xfactor says sorry twice (harddrive failure) then no email no nothing.....just gone now..
Soooo between the issues with bf3 and all of this.......friends and clan mates are pissssed. and admin's take in in the rear.

If were renting from Xfactor the previous owner has been pretty much missing us over on almost everything. I assure you that we understand the frustration, however there nothing we can do.

In cases like these I always recommend a self backup, Unfortunately I assume you don't have one.

We are working getting a host provider and the new owner doesn't treat anything like previous owner at Xfactor was.

I believe that we are accruing a web hosting /websites.
Also I mention a self backup (Database, files and etc) as I do that myself for my website as a precaution.

And Yes, we should have better contacted everyone who seem to have the same issue as you did.

Once again we understand the frustration, we apologize.

I also don't know how your old thread was regrading this, but double posting isn't going to help.

If still have concurs please just submit a ticket or bump your old thread, please don't take that in a wrong way I understand your frustration.

As Daniel mentioned, please either submit a ticket, or even feel free to e-mail myself at brett@fragnet.net and I will be happy to figure out what is going on. It is very difficult to provide full support over forums as we generally can't determine what client is posting.

It is worth noting that since the migration, the Fragnet staff have gone above and beyond to be as accommodating as possible to the XFS customers, staff and services. As I managed XFactor for well over a year, and worked there twice as long, I can say that the company was extremely unorthodox in practice, and nothing was really being ran as it should have been. This makes migrating systems of that nature into a well structured company difficult to say the least.

Anyways, please stop resurrecting dead threads. This only brings unwanted attention and does absolutely nothing to help us resolve your issue. Please contact us directly for actual assistance.
